I'm Amy! I live in Hervey Bay with my Husband, 2 Kids and a Border Collie. With a Diploma in Counselling (almost!) and certifications as a Kids Yoga Instructor, I bring a compassionate and holistic approach to supporting children. In addition, my experience as a Lifeline Telephone Crisis Supporter and specialised training in Youth Mental Health First Aid and Suicide Intervention provide me with the skills to help kids navigate challenges such as bullying, low self-esteem and resilience building. My mission (as much as I would love to stop bullies from bullying) is to create a safe, nurturing space where children can grow emotionally and mentally, empowering them to thrive!
